Pixies and Furry Friends


Welcome to another Once Upon a Wednesday with the Pixie Cottage. I hope you all had a fabulous holiday weekend (those of you living in the States that is) everyone else, I hope you had a fabulous weekend anyway :)
Today's challenge at the Pixie Cottage is to honor all of our Furry Friends. We also have a sketch for you to play with by our very own Pam! As always you can choose the theme, the sketch or both!

I used this fun stamp called Down on The Farm by Tina Akonom. Aren't they sweet! I always knew that if I had to meet my food I would become a vegetarian! :)

Peggy, I thought that I had seen every possible beautiful card with this image, but I was wrong. This card of yours is stunning! I love all of the tones and embellishments that you have used!

I just think this is such a cute card and all the work involved! It is so beautiful. How you put the ribbon inbetween the cut filigree and using all the distress inks and then sewing! Just a wonderful card and it put a smile on my face...Thank you!

Peggy, Love the coloring of your image!! The layers and dps are great with it. The woven ribbon and jeweled flowers and pieced sunflower are a perfect accompaniment!
