I used the beautiful star stamp from the Christmas Swirls set and doubled it to make a flower shape. The sentiment is from the Healing Wings set. I embossed the stars with a gorgeous vibrant blue powder and topped it with an ivory button and this new GORGEOUS ribbon I ordered from Really Reasonable Ribbon. I really love shiny things and this ribbon makes me happy:) I guess I have a lot in common with the raccoons that frequent my neighborhood (minus the garbage of course!)
Make sure to check back because next week I get to show you the wonderful new releases from Skipping Stones. You won't want to miss it because there will also be a chance to win a free stamp set!
Here is our lovely sketch this week, I do hope you can join us!
Jen del Muro, Deb Felts and Jennifer Ingle all were fabulous last week so don't forget to check out their blogs again this week! We are so lucky to have you ladies on board with us this month.

Just beautiful!
That looks so cute! Great job!
Ooh, this is gorgeous! Love these colors together! All that stitching really sets the layers off! Love it!
It is a beautiful job Peggy! I love your mix of colors. Great job on the stitches too!
Loving the journal!! Great idea!!! I always find your blog so inspiring!!!
What a beautiful project and you made me laugh about your similarity to the racoons in your neighborhood (minus the garbage) - great sense of humor. I like pretty shiny things too and this ribbon is very pretty and shiny.
Thanks for participating with us at Opus Gluei!

Peggy, what a gorgeous card. Thanks for taking part in Crafty Ann's Challenge this fortnight and we hope to see you back again very soon - maybe even for the blog hop on 21 May 2010. Best wishes, Kym xxx
Very pretty. Love all the layers. And that you used a winter stamp for a regular day project. Very clever of you. I'm still giggling at you being a raccoon (minus garbage). I love shiny things too. Thanks for playing with us at Opus Gluei.
Love the color choice. Thanks for playing along with us for CIC this month.
I love this and that you used the sketch for something other than a card! Thanks for the inspiration!
Beautiful notebook!
